New futures traders often “don’t even know what they don’t know” • 11.29.08

 

 The topic of Friday’s Questions for Quinto on Option News Network’s  (www.ONN.tv) Mark to Market M2M channel in the Fundamentals of Futures section was what new traders should do to get started.

Kevin Cook, the host of Questions for Quinto was in Las Vegas, last week, for the Trader’s Expo.  He was, repeatedly, told by former stock traders that they were unsuccessfully trying their hand at e-mini trading.  Several asked Kevin what he recommended they do and Kevin asked me on Questions for Quinto what these new traders should do to get started.
